Atul Sabnis

Atul has spent the last 20 years in education, learning and allied activities, during which he has worked in various business and operational functions. These have ranged from class-room teaching, technical writing and instructional design, project management and product development, business operations, developing innovative solutions for education institutes and publishers, and strategic development. Atul’s experience spans various domains including banking and finance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, schools, teacher-training, government and non-governmental organisations (NGO), and defence.

Anupama Chandrachood

Anupama brings over 20 years of experience, primarily in teaching languages and related education experience. She has received teacher training at the Japan Foundation Institute, Japan. She has been the co-ordinator and a member of the Working Committee at the Department for Foreign Languages, Japanese section, of the University of Pune, since 2003, where she has been teaching at all levels — from elementary to advanced. She is a member of the governing body of JALTAP – the Japanese Teachers’ Association of Pune. She has palso been conducting  the pioneering “Train the Trainer” programmes and has been instrumental in developing textbooks and workbooks for all three levels conducted by the department. She is the recipient of various prestigious awards and scholarships, including the Honda Trophy, the YOKE Prize, “Yuushousha” Study Tour, and was selected for the Japan Foundation Scholarship for Advanced Teacher Training (for Course Design) in Japan, in 2009.

Anupama is a Science graduate from the University of Mumbai, and Level 1 JLPT (Ikkyu)
